We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. Any inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis. We value your support and in the end we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. All of our handmade items are crafted with the highest standards and inspected by us before leaving our studio.

  • Mistakes made by shipping couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers or PO box issues
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Items damaged accidentally after delivery or purchase
