Shipping policy

We currently only ship to Canada. No international orders can be made at this time.

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days. Majority of our items are made by hand in Ontario at our studio. Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Order processing times may be longer during launches and promotional sales days.

Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped with standard UPS unless otherwise requested. If you need expedited shipping additional charges may apply.

Delivery Times: Our delivery times are an estimate not a guarantee. Our estimated times are shown in business days (does not include holidays/weekends). Once packages have been delivered to the shipping carrier any delays are out of our control.

Local deliveries may be delayed due to inclement weather (snow, ice, extreme rain, heat warnings, and tornados). We will always do our best to keep you informed of any changes in status.
